NEW THIS YEAR! To reserve your Spring CUE 2019 Conference hotel room, you must first register for the conference.
Upon completing your registration, a housing link and booking information will be provided in your registration confirmation email which will allow you to book your accommodations in the CUE room blocks. Don’t forget to reserve your room right away — hotel rooms fill quickly and are available on a first-come, first served basis.

Please note this website booking engine is not hosted by CUE. CUE is not responsible for collecting any fees associated with higher rates. No show fees or any agreements made are between you and ARES. Nightly rate and fees are established by ARES and cannot be modified by members of the CUE Team.
HOTEL BOOKING POLICY (new for 2018)
In order for all CUE members/participants to be able to reserve rooms needed to attend CUE18, we are asking that you only book a maximum of two rooms under the same name. If more than two rooms are booked under one name, the other rooms will be canceled. We do have the option to book a block of rooms (5 or more) through a district room block (read below). This will minimize last minute cancellations and ensure rooms are readily available for everyone.
ROOM RESERVATION DEADLINES
All reservations must be received by February 9, 2018, to guarantee availability and conference rates. After this date, reservations will be made based on availability and hotels may charge higher rates. If you are paying by check, please have a check sent to Orchid.Events ASAP to confirm your reservation.
CUE18 hotels require an individual name for each reservation. We understand that rooms are booked months in advance so the individual names might not be known immediately. If possible, by February 1, 2018, please supply the name of each individual staying in the room. If the exact name is still not known by this deadline, please provide the name of who you think will occupy the room. The name can be changed later on if needed.
EXHIBITOR OR DISTRICT ROOM BLOCKS (new for 2018)
For exhibitors or districts reserving a block of five (5) or more rooms
CLICK HERE to request a block of five (5) or more rooms. The deadline to request a block of rooms is January 12, 2018. A complete rooming list with names and credit card information for each reservation must be submitted for all held room blocks by January 12, 2018. After this date, rooms without individual names will be canceled.
An acknowledgment of your room block will be sent directly to you by Orchid.Events. You will receive an official confirmation letter for your confirmed block within two weeks. You will not receive a confirmation from your hotel.
DEPOSIT & CHECKS
All reservation requests must be accompanied by a credit card guarantee or check equaling the amount of one night’s room and tax for each room reserved. If you would like to send a check for your deposit or to pre-pay for your stay, please mail your check to Orchid.Events (Orchid.Events, 175 S. West Temple, Suite 30, Salt Lake City, Utah 84101). DO NOT MAIL YOUR CHECK DEPOSIT TO THE HOTEL. Orchid.Events must receive check deposit by January 26, 2018 so we can ensure there is sufficient time for your check to be applied to your hotel reservation.
CANCELLATIONS/CHANGES/REFUNDS – IMPORTANT PLEASE READ
- Reservations canceled after January 12, 2018 will be assessed a $100 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received on or after February 9, 2018 will forfeit the deposit of one-night room and tax. The credit card information on file at the time the reservation is canceled will be billed the applicable cancellation fees. No exceptions or refunds will be granted.
- Through March 1, 2018 send requests for changes and cancellations in writing to Orchid.Events via e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) or fax to 801-355-0250.
- After March 1, 2018, contact hotels directly to make changes and cancellations.

Palm Springs Convention Center – Parking is available for $8 per day with in-and-out privileges.
Renaissance Hotel – Parking is available for $12 self-parking and $22 valet parking. Prices subject to change.
