Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address may be collected (along with some non-personal information listed below) by CUE partners or sponsors under the following circumstances:

• Joining a Partner’s or Sponsor’s Group
• Attending/Registering for a Partner’s or Sonsor’s Event

Information that may be available to a Partner or Sponsor, under the circumstances listed above, can include non-personally identifiable information you may have provided when you join a partner or sponsor group or registered for an event:

• Name of School District
• Profile questions that may have update in your profile:

• What is your primary job function?
• What is the student enrollment of your district?
• Timeframe to purchase technology solutions?
• What is your pd decision-making responsibility?
• Involvement in purchase of tech products/services?
• Which of these best describes where you work?
